What we collect, why, and where it lives.
What we collect
Your account email; your carrier identifiers (SCAC code and US DOT number), which label your workspace; and the dispatch data you upload - loads, drivers, and schedules. That is the working set. We do not buy, scrape, or enrich data about you from anywhere else.
How we use it
To run your workspace and to train your optimizers - on your data, for your fleet. One carrier's data never trains another carrier's optimizer, full stop. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Each carrier's data lives in its own isolated database - not a shared pool with a tenant column - hosted on Azure.
Getting your data out
Email sales@neuroevolutionoperations.com from your account email and we will export your workspace data - your uploads, training runs, and the audit log of live decisions - as standard JSON.
Deleting your data
Email sales@neuroevolutionoperations.com from your account email and we will delete your workspace and its data.
Route calculation
To compute real-road distances and drive times for your fleet, we send the coordinates of your loads and facilities to HERE Technologies, a third-party routing provider. When you validate a stop's address in the load editor, we also send the address text you entered (street, city, region, postal code, country, or a facility name) to HERE to look up its location. We never send your driver, customer, or account details, and we use HERE only to calculate routes and look up the locations you ask us to.
Cookies
One job: keeping you signed in to your workspace. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics pixels.
Demo requests
If you request a demo, we keep the name, company, fleet size, and contact details you submit so we can respond to you. That is the only thing they are used for. Want them gone? Same address: sales@neuroevolutionoperations.com.
